The Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory is one of the largest indoor pools in the world. Astronauts use the pool to train for spacewalks. Full-size mock-ups of the International Space Station modules are immersed in the pool. In this educational activity, students use geometry to compare and contrast the volume of the pool to the space station and a football field.
